Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Site Monkeys, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Site Monkeys", "we", "us"), whose mailing address is 30 N Gould St #58147, Sheridan, WY 82801. They govern your use of Site Monkeys: the free visibility scan, the client dashboard at app.sitemonkeys.ai, and the services provided through it. By using Site Monkeys you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to agree for that business.

What Site Monkeys does today

Site Monkeys measures how visible a local business is in Google search and Google business listings, compares it with competing businesses, and turns that into a report and a plan. Clients get:

• their scans and reports;
• a dashboard;
• a set of rules they confirm for their account;
• an approvals inbox;
• a way to send us requests;
• the option to connect their Google account.

Today Site Monkeys does not publish anything to your Google Business Profile, your website or social media, and does not run advertising for you. If we add those services, we will describe them here before we offer them, and they will act only within the rules you confirm and the approvals you give.

The free scan

The scan is free and is provided as is. It is limited per visitor, and we may decline or stop scans to prevent abuse. Only scan a business you own or are authorised to represent.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• Tell us promptly at help@sitemonkeys.ai if you believe it has been misused.
• Give accurate information about your business. What you confirm about your business is treated as fact in our work for you.

Your accounts stay yours

We work through access you grant to accounts you own, such as your Google account. We do not create accounts in our own name for your use. You can withdraw access at any time, and if you leave, your accounts remain yours.

Acceptable use

Do not use Site Monkeys to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to scan or misrepresent a business you have no right to act for, to interfere with the service or its security, to scrape or resell it, or to attempt to access other clients' data.

Reports, data and AI

Reports and plans are produced with AI models from public data and third-party data providers. We work to make them accurate, but search results change constantly and third-party data can be incomplete or wrong. Our reports and plans are information and advice, not guarantees.

We do not guarantee any ranking, number of enquiries, or other result. You decide what to act on.

Intellectual property

Site Monkeys, its software and its report formats belong to us. Your business information and what you give us remain yours. You give us permission to use them to provide the service to you. You may use the reports we produce for your business for your own purposes.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. Google user data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Fees and billing

Not yet published. Prices, billing terms, renewals, cancellations and refunds will be published here before paid plans are offered. Until they are, we do not take live payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card details.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Site Monkeys at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for non-payment once billing terms apply, or where we are required to by law. On request we will give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Site Monkeys is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Site Monkeys. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you are requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects clients, we will tell them before it takes effect.
